Designed to read  industry standard magnetic cards for POS applications or I/D cards, our magnetic card readers will read 1,2 or 3 tracks.

Models are available for keyboard port, USB port and serial port.

Keyboard port - Connects between the keyboard and system unit.  No software or special installation is required - just plug in and start reading cards.

USB port - PC/SC compliant. Uses standard drivers

Serial port - powered from the serial port - no power supply required.

Also available is a serial pass-through model for use with terminals and remote host systems. This model connects between the terminal and host computer and needs no special setting up or software.

We can also supply, to special order, magnetic card reader/writer units, either manual swipe for low volume use or high volume auto insert units. Please contact Intolect for further details.
